Our Assembly on Wednesday 14th December was our opportunity to give our best wishes to two people who have been associated with Wanborough School for over 10 years.
The Rev. Robin Cardwell is retiring as vicar of Wanborough just after Christmas, so this was his last assembly for us. We thank him all wonderful assemblies he has led over the years and all the services that the school has enjoyed at St Andrew's Church.
The school will be saying a proper goodbye early next term.
Miss Bowie has been a teacher in many roles at Wanborough, both looking after classes, teaching Spanish and of course as sparkling host of our annual World Beat show.
She's looking forward to spending more time with her young son Josh. We wish her and her family all the best.
