Monday 16th January
We have some very special guests with us today and tomorrow.
They are teachers from schools in Spain, Italy, Poland and Finland.
As a group of schools we are applying for funding to be part of the Comenius Project, where schools from around Europe discover each other's cultures.
If we are given funding under the scheme, the schools will work together on our joint project and there will be further exchanges. Find out more about Comenius here....
The visitors will be with us again on Tuesday and we will be treating them to a musical event in the afternoon.
First they joined us for assembly. We had to see if we could work where each of the countries are:
During the morning the visitors visited each class, discovering more about how we learn and answering the children's questions.
