We have 4 houses at Wanbouough Primary School which represent the 4 elements:
These symbolise growth which supports our ethos that 'We all Grow From Here'.
Brothers and sisters are placed in the same house and houses are split up into a range of ages, talents and skills to create a balance.
The Houses are part of our Awards system.
In line with this new system and ethos we have renamed the classes and now each class will be represented by the following:
- Reception - Acorn
- Year 1 - Conker
- Year 2 - Pinecone
- Year 3 - Maple
- Year 4 - Willow
- Year 5 - Elm
- Year 6 - Oak
